Pilates is a low impact core based workout that focuses on creating long lean muscles, mental focus, and balanced strength.  Using a variety of fun props to challenge the body with exercises geared toward developing lean muscle mass and bone strength, core toning, and back strengthening.


Yoga is a vinyasa style class focused on breath, movement, strength, and flexibility.  A light hearted class with a flowing sequence focused on alignment ending with relaxation.

What is Vinyasa?  
vin·ya·savinˈyäsə/noun
  1. movement between poses in yoga, typically accompanied by regulated breathing.
    • a method of yoga in which movements form a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath
Between sets of poses we flow through half a sun salutation. This can be done in its full expresion or in a kneeling variation, and resting instead is always an option.  Pictured are a full and a modified vinyasa.
