Triangle, open up to the possibilites! Begin by stepping your right foot back about 3 feet. Right toes face the long side of your mat and left toes face the short. Remember it not about reaching the floor but reaching for your bodies happy stretch. Arms lift up to the side shoulder height. Reach long over your right leg, get your reach here because now there should only be a movement of the arms to earth and sky. Your right hand may be resting on your thigh, shin ,ankle, a block, or if feeling very open the floor. Listen to your front knee, ease off if is sending you some deep sensations. Try to draw your tailbone in line with the rest of your body, your mind may resisit, it may mean your hand has to come higher on your leg. Let go of ego and allow your body to find its perfect place....today. Try to open your heart to the sky, open your body up to the possibilites. Focus on a full breath, really espand the left lung and breath space between the ribs. Draw the belly in to lift out of the pose and repeat on the other side.
